Kasuga is so cute. It really surprised me when I ended up adoring her because The Fanservice Girl isn't usually a character I tend to like but gsldjfkd she is so hilarious.

Her and Sasuke are hilarious, I kind of want them to hook up instead D:

I mean Kenshin is a great guy and really cares for her a lot and she loves him and they're kind of ridiculously happy together most of the time BUT HER AND SASUKE IS SO SO SO PRECIOUS AND HE ACTUALLY GETS HER TO ACT AND THINK LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF CONSTANTLY ON A HORNY HIGH.

GEHGUEHGUH KOJURO GETTING KIDNAPPED CRACKED ME UP SO HARD WITH HIS "THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER MAN IN MY LIFE BUT MASAMUNE-SAMA". Kojuro/Masamune are like...ridiculously in love (even with like the entire cast in love with everyone) and the second season highlights it in rather sweet, and angsty ways because they're not physically with each other most of the time, with them thinking about each and fondly saying each other's names and ghelsjkjgehg SO GAY YOU GUYS. YOU GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS ILU.

OH AND KOJURO'S SWORD ENGRAVING IS "Bontenmaru will become the One-Eyed Dragon soaring the heavens" AND BOTENMARU IS MASAMUNE'S CHILDHOOD NAME AND KOJURO IS JUST WALKING AROUND WITH A BLESSING FOR HIS MAN ON HIS SWORD AND LSKDFJSLKDJFD *ASPLODES*

SDKLFJSLDKFJKD I started MAD SHIPPING them after that pretty scene of them drinking under the cherry trees from the first episode of season one BECAUSE I'M SHALLOW AND IT WAS GORGEOUS AND I HAVE A THING FOR CUTIES AND THEIR HANDSOME RETAINERS/SWORDSMEN SO SEASON 2 WAS JUST A BIG SHIPPY RUSH FOR ME. They're just so into each other and lmao I love how they the center of each others' universe. <3

It is! And I have some problems with season 2, mostly because of PACING ISSUES. After season one, I think the writers wanted to include and focus on a lot more characters for development, WHICH IS GREAT except they still only had twelve episodes to work with, which is why you get whole episodes without some of the main characters appearing (and Yukimura imo got really shortchanged this season). I think the second season would have worked a lot better if it was 24 episodes instead so you can have all the character development and still give most of the time to Yukimura/Masamune's respective storylines. Or something. BUT I STILL LIKE IT. 8D
